Your Digestive System Could Use
A Boost from Vinegar

Your digestive system does more than simply process the foods you consume and send nutrients to the parts of your body that need them. It is also responsible for the elimination of toxins and excess nutrients that are no longer required to keep your body healthy.

The whole process operates on a very delicate balance with lots of potential for failure and failure can be disastrous.

So what role does vinegar play in supporting your digestive system?

Why are there so many testimonials about its medicinal benefits and so-called healing powers? I think the word “supporting” in the question above, is a very accurate description of what vinegar actually does for your body.

Scientists do not yet know why vinegar appears to have such a great impact on our health as there has been very little research done to date. But they continue to discover new phytochemicals (beneficial plant compounds) that may account for many of the dramatic claims we hear.

Digestion – The Key to Your Body’s Healing Powers

Your body has incredible natural abilities to maintain health and cure itself of the majority of ailments. If you are having health issues there is probably something interfering. Perhaps some nutrient is lacking because your digestive system is not obtaining it from the food you eat.

My personal belief is that vinegar assists the digestive process to obtain all the nutrition your body needs to do what it does best, keep you healthy.

  • osteoporosis and
  • heart disease

So let’s talk about some of the areas that vinegar may assist digestion.

Is this the opposite of digestion? It could be considered that because it is usually caused by your body’s inability to process the foods you eat.
