Bragg's Apple Cider Vinegar for Major Sinus Cold Symptoms

I've read about apple cider vinegar and did a lot of online reading about it and it all comes down to the same brand, Bragg's. It's the only honest company that makes it right, raw, unfiltered and unpasteurized.

What most people fail to mention is the key to this product is the good bacteria that it contains that helps with all your issues.

It all comes down to digestion. To do its work properly, your body needs good bacteria. The good bacteria will aid with breaking down what you consume and therefore, no more diarrhea, no more constipation and heartburn (acid reflux), etc. Of course you will have to try to avoid eating any types of sugar, carbs or processed food that may slow down the process since sugar feeds the bad bacteria.

The real reason why we have health issues all comes down to low good bacteria and high bad bacteria. Even cancer. You have to think about it and it all makes sense. A lot of your illnesses doctors cannot find out why, they just have names for your problems and medicines to help to ease your pain for a while or very dosage of the natural key ingredients that does little help, especially antibiotics.

Here's my own personal and true statement of my ailments. I recently had a terrible sinus cold with green phlegm that came out every time I blow my nose. This lasted for three weeks. I was getting so tired of it and I had forgotten all about Bragg's acv (apple cider vinegar). My sister reminded me and I drank it three times a day before meals and my sinus problem went away in less than a week and I almost forgot how horrible it was. It has not come back and it has been a month already.

I don't care what many processed food companies, pharmacies and doctors try to say against it because if we all try apple cider vinegar we will put them out of business. It doesn't hurt to try this inexpensive and worth every penny Bragg's apple cider vinegar.
