Epsom Salt and Apple Cider Vinegar for Fibromyalgia / Pain/ Inflammation

I have fibromyalgia and initially the condition was such that the inflammation was spreading in my right side of whole body that I was unable to bend my knee and unable to sit properly.

Then somewhere I read about Epsom salt bath together with ACV and I took the same but in little different way.

I soaked my legs in the lukewarm water having 200g Epsom salt and approx 100g ACV for about half an hour just before going to bed and covered my feet with cotton socks while sleeping.

The relief was noticeable in the inflammation the very same night.

Epsom salt contains magnesium which helps in receiving pain so make sure the quantity must be taken as described.
