I recently came across a plant called Moringa Oleifera and was so "blown away" by it's nutritional benefits that I just have to tell you about it.
I know this site is about vinegar home remedies and this is a bit off topic but since I don't have a site about moringa oleifera (yet) and you are obviously interested in natural health remedies I thought I would take some editorial liberties just this once.

This little known tree has helped countless numbers of people with all sorts of ailments and is used as medicine by native peoples to prevent or treat over 300 diseases.
I will give you more information about this incredible plant later but first I need to tell you why I am so "stoked" about it.
I have some issues with my knees and was told that eventually I would probably need an operation to fix them.
As the pain was interfering with my life I looked for natural ways to alleviate it. Vinegar of course entered the picture and helped somewhat. I also took a very good natural mineral supplement and between the two I had the pain pretty much under control most of the time.
One day the pain came back with a vengeance and I had neglected to keep up my order of the mineral supplements so was faced with a 2 week delay while I waited for my order to arrive.

That was in February and I am writing this in June. I have been taking this product everyday and have noticed increased energy and various other positive results which I won't go into here.
Curiously my left elbow still gives me a bit of a problem but the pain is all gone and only returns if I work it hard.

Well there are a few companies out there that sell moringa products but most of them have just "jumped on the band wagon" and are trying to capitalize on the newest sensation that has hit the nutrition scene.
There are about 58 varieties of this tree but Oleifera has the best concentration of nutrients.
